Every MoonPetal piece begins its journey from our studio in the United Kingdom.

Each item is handcrafted with intention. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be lovingly prepared before it is dispatched.

Delivery options:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Usually arrives in 2–3 business days

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Usually arrives in 1–2 business days

Once your parcel begins its journey, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

International shipping

We ship worldwide, sharing MoonPetal’s energy with customers across the globe.

Orders are prepared within 3-5 business days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Returns & Exchanges

At MoonPetal, every piece is created with intention, care, and a desire to bring harmony to your everyday life.
If something doesn’t feel quite right when it arrives, we’re here to help gently guide the process.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To arrange a return, please contact us at moonpetal.crystals@gmail.com with your order number.
Once approved, you can return the item in its original condition and packaging.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or design, reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will guide you through the process and confirm availability.
Once your original piece is returned and inspected, your new item will be prepared with the same MoonPetal care and sent out to you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will make this right — whether through a replacement, repair, or refund.

To help us resolve it quickly, please include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the item and its packaging

  • Your order number

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Earrings (hygiene)

  • Custom, personalised, or bespoke orders

  • Final sale / clearance items

Every MoonPetal piece is handcrafted using natural crystals, pearls, and gemstones.
Variations in colour, texture, and shape are part of their natural beauty and are not considered faults — they make each piece uniquely yours.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once your return has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
